Click on the "Open Folder" button and you will find the html and image file in the folder; you can edit and overwrite it if you want. The cover.jpg is the cover image; you can overwrite it with your own cover image but don't change the file name. If you want, you can set the "Title", "Author"...for your e-book; click on the "Options" button to set.

If you want setting the "Title", "Author"...for your ebook, click on "Options" button to set.
